.Previous experience - this position requires that a person has been in HR as the Manager or Director level for at least 5 - 10 years. This position will be a situation where the HR Director must be able to assist the Managing Director as a change agent and therefore be comfortable working with an aggressive Operations. A person who is not intimidated is a must yet also willing to assist in finding ways to get the job done.
This is obviously an interesting and challenging position.
